Prof. Angeline Lee's journey in dentistry began with her graduation from the University of Otago, New Zealand, with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1999. She then practised general dentistry in the private sector in Sydney, Australia, until 2008. Driven by her passion for endodontics, she then pursued and completed a Master of Dental Surgery in Endodontics and an Advanced Diploma in Endodontology in 2010 and 2011, respectively, from the Faculty of Dentistry, the University of Hong Kong. Her dedication was recognised when the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh awarded her a gold medal for her performance in the Conjoint CDSHK Intermediate - MEndo RCSEd exam in 2011. She is a fellow of the College of Dental Surgeons of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine, the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons, and the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. She is also a registered Specialist in Endodontics with the Dental Council of Hong Kong and the Dental Board of Australia. She was awarded a PhD from the University of Hong Kong in 2025.
Prof. Lee's expertise and leadership have been evident throughout her career. She worked as the Principal Clinical Dental Instructor in the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Hong Kong and at private dental clinics from 2012 to 2022 before becoming a full-time Clinical Assistant Professor at the same university. Her main research interests are cemental tears and treatment outcomes. She was appointed Programme Director in Endodontics and Assistant Dean in the Taught Postgraduate Programme. Her commitment to the field extends beyond academia, as she serves as a member of the Complaint Committee under the Private Healthcare Facilities Ordinance, the Licensing Exam Appeal Committee, the Supervisor of the Endodontic Training Centre of the College of Dental Surgeons of Hong Kong, and the President of the Hong Kong Endodontic Society.

Dr. Ho King Lun, Dominic graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Hong Kong in 2005 and continued to pursue his specialty training in Periodontology in 2006. He obtained his Master in Dental Surgery and Advanced Diploma in Periodontology in 2008 and 2009 respectively. He was later awarded with Fellowship in the College of Dental Surgeons of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Academy of Medicine (Dental Surgery), Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow and Royal College of Surgeons of England.
Dr. Ho joined the Faculty of Dentistry, HKU as the first Principal Clinical Dental Instructor in the Oral Diagnosis and Polyclinics division in 2010 and later worked as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Periodontology & Implant Dentistry division and interim Taught Postgraduate Programme Director in Implant Dentistry and co-director in Periodontology and deputy director in Clinical Research Center. He is currently running randomized clinical controlled trials on the application of minimal invasive periodontal therapy on managing intra-bony periodontal defects and immediate implant placement at posterior extraction sites. Dr. Ho is now appointed as an Honorary Clinical Associated Professor for both postgraduate and undergraduate programmes in the Periodontology and Implant Dentistry in HKU and Honrary Associate Consultant in HKU-SZ Hospital. He is also running his private practice with practice focus on the management of periodontitis compromised patients and various periodontal and peri-implant complications.
