From Application to Approval: A Dentist’s Path to PHFO Clinic Licence

Abstract: 

The Clinic Licence under the Private Healthcare Facilities Ordinance (Cap. 633) (PHFO) is now open for application in Hong Kong. In this evening study club sharing, the speaker will share a personal account of their own experience throughout the complete application process. This includes document preparation and submission, the on-site clinic inspection, follow-up correspondence with the Department of Health, and final approval.

 Dr. Lo graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 2008. He was admitted as a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (FRACDS) in 2014 and established his private practice in 2016. In February this year, he obtained the Clinic Licence under the Private Healthcare Facilities Ordinance (PHFO).
