Prof. Dr. Daniel Edelhoff is an internationally recognized German dentist and prosthodontist. From 2014 to 2025 he was the Director and Chair of the Department of Prosthetic Dentistry and Materials Science at Ludwig Maximilian University (LMU) Munich. With over three decades of experience, he is considered a worldwide expert in adhesive techniques, all-ceramic restorations, implant prosthetics, and digital workflows. His research and clinical innovations have significantly shaped modern prosthodontics and esthetic dentistry.  In addition to his clinical and scientific work, Daniel is a dedicated academic and thought leader. He has served as Academic Dean of the School of Dental Medicine at LMU, Visiting Professor at Oregon Health & Science University, and Associate Editor of the journal Clinical Oral Investigations.  He is also an active member of several prestigious professional societies, including the European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (EAED), as well as Fellow of the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (AAED), and the International College of Dentists (ICD). As chair of international conferences, Daniel sets benchmarks for evidence-based dentistry and is regarded as a leading voice in modern prosthodontics and esthetic dental care

Dr Adrian Seto is a private practitioner whose clinical work is devoted exclusively to Restorative and Cosmetic Dentistry. He has served as an Honorary Clinical Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Hong Kong, contributing extensively to undergraduate and postgraduate clinical teaching. In 2019, he established the Aesthetic Dentistry Module at HKU and has since been responsible for delivering aesthetic dentistry training to postgraduate students. He has also held the position of Vice President of the Hong Kong Society of Aesthetic Dentistry since 2023, leading seminars and workshops that advance professional education in the field.
Alongside his academic commitments, Dr Seto has worked for nearly two decades as a Clinical Associate in Prosthodontics in the Department of Dentistry at the Hong Kong Sanatorium & Hospital. His clinical practice extends beyond conventional prosthodontics; he collaborates closely with ENT and plastic surgeons to provide immediate and long term restorative and rehabilitative care for patients with maxillofacial defects following surgery.
Dr Seto’s academic foundation began with a degree in Basic Medical Science from the University of Toronto in 1993. He subsequently completed the Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the University of Hong Kong in 2000. Pursuing specialist training in prosthodontics, he obtained the Master of Dental Surgery in 2004 and the Advanced Diploma in Prosthodontics in 2015. In 2019, he further enhanced his expertise by earning the Master of Science in Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry from the University of Manchester.

Dr. Lee is a Hong Kong–based private dentist dedicated to prevention-focused and airway-aware care. She earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from The University of Hong Kong in 2009, completed her Master of Science in Restorative Aesthetic Dentistry at the University of Manchester in 2020, became an International Certificate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine in 2021, and completed her training at the prestigious Kois Center in 2024. Based on the principle that prevention is better than cure, Dr. Lee emphasizes early childhood intervention to support natural facial growth and airway development, helping patients avoid complex treatment needs later in life. For patients with established conditions or aesthetic goals, she uses a systematic risk assessment model to achieve sustainable results. By evaluating bite function, airway health, sleep quality, and myofunctional balance together, she pinpoints root causes and creates focused treatment plans.
