Concepts and Long-term Experiences with Minimum Invasive All-Ceramic Restorations in the Anterior and Posterior Dentition 

Abstract: 

Advances in adhesive techniques and translucent materials have enabled minimally invasive prosthodontics. Modern preparation designs support all-ceramic restorations as reliable alternatives to metal-based options. Lithium disilicate and zirconia have expanded indications and improved esthetics for natural teeth and implants. This lecture reviews applications from veneers and onlays to resin-bonded prostheses, with guidance on material selection, preparation design, and adhesive techniques, supported by long-term clinical evidence.
